When this converter helps
Use an old ADS to new ADS converter when you are restoring a setup from an older config, returning to Siege after a long break, or comparing a saved XFactorAiming value against the modern optic sliders. The newer system separates zoom levels, so one legacy ADS value needs to become a table you can test optic by optic.
Start with the generated values, then verify one close-range optic and one magnified optic in the firing range. If a value feels wrong, adjust only that optic and keep the rest of the table unchanged until the test is repeatable.
How to validate the converted ADS values
- Save your current config before editing any sensitivity setting.
- Enter your old ADS sensitivity and XFactorAiming value.
- Copy the generated scope values into Siege.
- Run the same flick, micro-correction, and scope-swap drill twice.
- Record any manual changes so you can recover the setup after future updates.
