ADS too fast
If long-range holds feel shaky, reduce ADS before touching horizontal speed.
Build a controller setup for Rainbow Six Siege by tuning horizontal speed, vertical speed, ADS, dead zones, and acceleration one step at a time.

These R6 console sensitivity settings are not universal best values. Use them as a controlled starting point, then test your own stick tension, thumbstick height, dead zone, and role in game.
| Setting | Controlled | Balanced | Fast |
|---|---|---|---|
| Horizontal | 35-45 | 50-65 | 70-85 |
| Vertical | 30-40 | 45-60 | 65-80 |
| ADS | 25-35 | 40-55 | 60-75 |
| Left dead zone | 5-8 | 5-10 | 6-12 |
| Right dead zone | 5-7 | 5-9 | 6-10 |
If long-range holds feel shaky, reduce ADS before touching horizontal speed.
A high right-stick dead zone can make small corrections feel delayed or sticky.
A stable controller setup needs repeated tests, not a full reset after every bad match.
